UX Design Career Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled UX Designer to play a key role in shaping the future of digital finance. As a UX Designer at our company, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of user-friendly and engaging digital products.

Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong understanding of human-centered design principles, user research, and interaction design. They will also possess excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing intuitive user interfaces for responsive internal and mobile banking websites, native mobile banking applications, financial mobile & tablet apps, and web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing user interfaces that meet user needs and expectations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the design process
  • Participating in the development process from definition, through design, build, test, release, and maintenance
  • Conducting user research to inform design decisions
  • Staying current with industry trends and technologies

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science
  • Experience with User Experience design, journey mapping, prototyping, UX copywriting, information architecture, Digital Transformation & Design System
  • Expert level skills in Figma, Adobe Experience Designer, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Visual Studio, PowerPoint, Firefox/Chrome Developer Tools
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap and AngularJS
  • Strong graphic design skills for creating marketing and branding collateral (banners, booths, brochures, social media assets)
