Job Title: UX Design Lead

 

At our organization, we're seeking a skilled UX Design Lead to spearhead the creation of intuitive, user-centric experiences across various digital platforms. As a seasoned professional in UX design, you will play a pivotal role in delivering seamless digital interactions and simplifying complex financial journeys for our users.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your expertise to lead the UX process from research and ideation to prototyping and design execution.
  • Design high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing, applying insights to refine design solutions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and key stakeholders for implementation.
  • Maintain information architecture and consistent UX patterns across products.
  • Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder and user feedback.
  • Stay updated with design trends and contribute to evolving the design strategy.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-6 years of professional experience in UX design.
  • Strong digital portfolio with end-to-end UX case studies.
  • Proficiency in Figma, along with tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, and other prototyping platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Architecture, or equivalent practical experience.
