Job Title: UI/UX Creative

A full-time hybrid role requiring night shift hours aligned with US time zones, ideal for creative professionals who can merge aesthetics with functionality to deliver world-class digital experiences.

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer and/or UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a key member of the design team, you will play a vital role in creating engaging visual designs, social media creatives, ad banners, and marketing collateral that showcase our brand's unique identity.

  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Conduct UX research, competitor analysis, and user journey mapping to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
  • Apply best practices in UI/UX design to ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Design websites, dashboards, and mobile app interfaces that are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
  • Ensure design consistency across marketing campaigns, websites, and applications.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Graphics Designer and/or UI/UX Designer.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design + web/app UI/UX projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or InVision.
