UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to lead the design strategy and user experience of our digital platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in user research, usability testing, and interaction design.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain design systems, UI patterns, and style guides to ensure visual and functional consistency.
  2. Partner with Product Owners to convert epics and user stories into design deliverables with clear acceptance criteria.
  3. Conduct end-to-end user research: interviews, field visits, surveys, and usability testing with farmers and partners.
  4. Translate feedback into actionable design improvements, balancing usability, accessibility, and technical feasibility.
Requirements:
  • 5–8 years in UI/UX design, with at least 3 years designing for mobile-first products at scale.
  • Proven experience shipping rural customer-facing or mass-market apps with measurable adoption and engagement impact.
  • Hands-on experience conducting field research and usability testing with diverse user groups.
  • Expertise in Figma / Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in AgTech user journeys, farmer-facing digital adoption, and rural UX patterns.
  • Awareness of geospatial/AI-driven advisories, digital agriculture workflows, and trust-building for rural audiences.
