Job Summary:

We are a cutting-edge startup focused on user engagement and retention, seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive and impactful digital experiences.

Role Overview:

As our UI/UX Designer, you will lead the end-to-end design process for our website, from wireframing to high-fidelity mockups, collaborating with product managers to translate ideas into seamless, minimalistic digital interfaces that align with our brand and enhance usability.

  • Design user experience and visual identity for our product.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
  • Optimize web interfaces for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, startup culture, and emerging UX best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop user-centered design solutions that drive business growth.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define design requirements and develop effective design strategies.
  3. Lead design sprints and iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.
  4. Maintain a strong portfolio showcasing work quality, creativity, and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional UI/UX design experience in startups or fast-paced environments.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing minimalistic website designs with a focus on usability and simplicity.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
  • Experience with user research methods, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) is a plus.
