Job Title: Project Manager - MS Dynamics 365 Finance

About this role

We are seeking an experienced project manager to support large-scale ERP programs, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.

This is a challenging role requiring proactive coordination, effective issue/risk management and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional IT and business teams across global time zones.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and document meetings including agendas, minutes, decisions and action items.
  • Track and monitor project plans, issues and risks; consolidate updates for status reports.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and resolution of blockers.
  • Escalate risks and dependencies appropriately to leadership.
  • Ensure accountability by assigning clear ownership for all action items.
  • Support project governance through documentation, reporting and progress tracking.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
  • Strong understanding of ERP programs, preferably MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.
  • Knowledge of ERP workstreams: finance, supply chain, HCM, integrations, testing cycles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with US stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in O365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Jira for issue/risk tracking.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience coordinating D365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations.
  • Exposure to large-scale ERP or IT transformation programs.
