Shooting Program Development Coach

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shooting Program Development Coach to lead the development of our shooting programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement structured shooting programs for students of all ages and skill levels.
  • Design and deliver training sessions that focus on technical, tactical, and mental skills required in shooting sports.
  • Nurture talent for district, state, national, and international competitions.
  • Provide individualized guidance to enhance performance and confidence.
Program Development & Leadership:
  • Establish a comprehensive shooting curriculum aligned with our school's sports vision.
  • Promote shooting as a sport that requires focus, discipline, and concentration.
  • Coordinate event participation and talent promotion.
  • Ensure inclusivity and encourage recreational and competitive participation.
Safety & Facility Management:
  • Maintain strict safety protocols at all times.
  • Manage the shooting range, equipment, and accessories.
  • Keep records of equipment usage and servicing.
  • Train students in responsible equipment use.
Assessment & Reporting:
  • Monitor and evaluate student performance and progress.
  • Share feedback and progress reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of training and competition results.
Events & Competitions:
  • Prepare students for intra-school, inter-school, and external competitions.
  • Organize shooting events, demonstrations, and awareness programs.
  • Build pathways for professional shooting careers.
Professional Development:
  • Stay updated with the latest techniques and regulations.
  • Network with federations and sports bodies.
  • Enhance coaching methods through training and certifications.
