Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  2. Break projects into manageable actions and set realistic time frames.
  3. Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
  4. Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
  5. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  6. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders.
  7. Work with the team to eliminate blockers and ensure smooth project execution.
  8. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  9. Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.
  10. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  11. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  12. Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  13. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  14. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  15. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  16. Report and escalate to management as needed.
  17. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  18. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  19. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
  20. Lead by example and mentor junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Expertise in conflict resolution.
  • Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability.
  • Proficiency with related software tools, including but not limited to ProjectManager.com, JIRA, MS Excel, etc.
  • Expert in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • 8-15 years of experience working in the IT Software Industry, with knowledge of technical skills up to the required aptitude.
