Job Responsibilities
  • User Experience Expertise: Contribute to the user experience of the design-to-launch flow, utilizing user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading designs that meet our customers' needs.
  • Design Process Leadership: Be hands-on at every stage of the design process, from discovery through detailed design, execution, and iteration, creating user flows, wireframes, pixel-perfect designs, and prototypes.
  • Collaboration and Partnership: Partner closely with cross-functional team members and collaborators around product problems, solutions, requirements, roadmaps, and priorities.
  • Data-Driven Design: Work with data, consumer insights, and UX research partners for foundational guidance on product direction and new concept validation.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4-8 years of experience designing digital products as a UX or Product Designer, preferably in the B2C e-commerce space.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing UX and design skills through multiple case studies demonstrating user-centered and innovative design solutions with measurable outcomes for users and the business.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional peers, including designers, product managers, and engineers.
