Design Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our design team.

  • Design, build and deliver innovative UX solutions for global projects.
  • Create storyboards, wireframes, high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Figma.
  • Drive user-centered design processes and bring north star visions based on user needs to life.

The ideal candidate should have a well-put-together design portfolio in Behance/Dribbble that showcases great UI quality and an in-depth UX thought process.

They should also have strong communication skills with the ability to articulate positions, and advocate for their designs.

A self-motivated, problem-solver personality with a growth mindset is essential.

Key Requirements:
  • Knowledge of design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
  • Understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.

Nice to Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
