
Administrative Professional for HR Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized HR Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing human resources, including recruitment processes, employee relations, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Human Resources: Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts
- Administration: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a clean and organized environment
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities
- Provide administrative support to senior management
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles
- Skills: MS Office skilled required and leadership quality, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office suite and HR software
Industry-Specific Requirements:
- Retail Industry: Experience in managing HR functions in a retail setting, knowledge of labor laws and regulations specific to the retail industry, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
