Job Opportunity: HR Operations Manager

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of employees, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, benefits management, and exit processes.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from creating job descriptions to ensuring smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and secure employee records, contracts, HR documentation, and HRMS data.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and other regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and company events to enhance morale and retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance redressal.
  • Oversee performance review cycles, goal-setting processes, and career development frameworks.
  • Regularly review and update HR policies to ensure legal compliance and clarity for employees.
  • Generate HR reports on hiring, attrition, engagement, and other workforce analytics for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of progressive HR experience in India across all major HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
  • Ability to independently manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance management cycles.
  • Experience designing and running engagement initiatives that improve employee satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with HRMS tools, payroll systems, and data analytics for HR reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, approachable, empathetic, and able to handle sensitive matters professionally.
  • Comfortable working in Pacific Time hours to stay aligned with global teams.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-growing organization.
