Job Title: Telecom Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Telecom Manager to enhance customer interactions, streamline operations, and leverage technology to drive business success.

This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and managing telecommunications systems that align with organizational goals.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies that align with organizational goals in collaboration with senior management.
  • Establish implementation strategy and metrics-driven processes to ensure quality of delivery and uptime of IT infrastructure.
  • Negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure and manage infrastructure-related products and services.
  • Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct testing to detect faults
  • Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Key Technologies:
  • NICE inContact CXone solutions, including voice, chat, email, and SMS channels.
  • Cloud Contact Center solutions like NICE inContact, Genesis, Amazon Connect, and Audio codes.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead the deployment and integration of telephony solutions with various stakeholders, including business units, IT departments, and external vendors.
  • Collaborate with architecture teams to design and implement call flows, IVR systems, and backend integrations using API.
  • Manage team members to develop skills-based routing strategies to efficiently direct customer interactions to the appropriate agents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • At least 10 years of overall experience, preferably in contact center management or NICE CXone platforms.
  • Strong operational experience, understanding of systems maintenance, licensing, configurations, and disaster recovery.
  • Fair understanding of network basics and compliance/security related concepts.
