Job Description:

Develop and implement technical training programs that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver instructor-led formal or online training programs.
  • Mentor internal SME instructors as part of a train-the-trainer program.
  • Capture and share best-practice knowledge across the training community.
  • Collaborate with developers to enhance test coverage and partner with DevOps and Test Engineers for new solutions.
  • Translate story and use cases into functional training.
Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Trainer with excellent communication skills.
  • Hands-on expertise with technologies like Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, ASP.Net, C#, WCF/Web API, MVC Framework, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, MS SQL, Angular 8+, React JS, Python, and Relational Databases.
  • Desirable skills include Android/iOS knowledge and DevOps expertise.

Experience: 2-5 years
