Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Launch Strategist to lead the execution of our product launch plans. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive alignment, define messaging, establish positioning, and ensure data-informed execution from ideation to launch and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to understand customer needs, pain points, and competitive landscapes, ensuring strategies are grounded in actionable insights.
  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Define positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks that resonate with our ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and differentiate us from the competition.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and own a robust GTM roadmap, detailing timelines, launches, stakeholders, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to coordinate launch plans and streamline execution.
  • Launch Management: Plan and execute campaigns (digital, advertising, events), drive sales enablement, and oversee channel strategies to create awareness and demand.
  • Performance Analysis: Define KPIs, monitor performance, analyze results, and iterate to maximize GTM effectiveness.
  • Customer Insights: Continuously gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to refine strategy, messaging, and product enhancements.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing or related strategic roles, ideally in SaaS.
  • Strong strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, timely, detail-oriented, and decisive.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of rallying teams and articulating vision.
  • Deep understanding of GTM frameworks: positioning, messaging, ICPs, distribution channels, and launch tactics.
  • Experience running cross-functional launches from inception to execution.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and CRM platforms.
