Job Title: Market Access Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Access Specialist to lead market access activities, ensuring optimal pricing and reimbursement for pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of healthcare systems, pricing and reimbursement pathways, HTA processes, and payer dynamics.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective market access strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and health economics analysis to identify market access barriers and pricing trends.
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate evidence supporting product value.
  • Negotiate reimbursement strategies, pricing, and access conditions with payers and government bodies.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory documents, including reimbursement dossiers and HTA submissions.
  • Stay up-to-date on policy developments, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support product launch planning and lifecycle management.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including payers, KOLs, industry bodies, and internal teams.
  • Lead and mentor a team of market access professionals, ensuring high performance and knowledge development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Health Economics, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Market Access, HEOR, Pricing & Reimbursement, or related function within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
