Job Role: D2C Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven marketing professional with expertise in scaling direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands. Your success will be measured by your ability to develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns that drive conversions and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Paid Media Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Amazon Ads, and emerging channels.
    • Build comprehensive campaign architectures to maximize ROI and efficiency.
    • Analyze daily budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure optimal delivery and performance.
  • Conversion & Growth Optimization:
    • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages to identify areas for improvement.
    • Optimize ad funnels to reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance website Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
    • Provide actionable insights through weekly and monthly performance dashboards.
    • Forecast spends, CAC, and ROI based on historical data and industry benchmarks.
  • Audience & Market Research:
    • Research consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities.
    • Build and scale targeted audiences through lookalike, retargeting, and interest-based approaches.
    • Create customer cohorts and lifecycle campaigns to increase Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • Collaboration & Creative Direction:
    • Work closely with creative teams to guide ad content development, including video production, static ads, user-generated content, and influencer collaborations.
    • Collaborate with product and sales teams to align campaigns with launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
    • Drive innovation by exploring new ad formats, platforms, and growth strategies.
