The Role Overview

The Marketing Head will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, design and implement successful marketing plans, and work closely with the Business Head to achieve targeted market shares by sustaining high-volume brands, developing a robust secondary brand portfolio, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives, utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Analyze market trends, customer segments, and evolving market dynamics using IPM data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Recommend strategic entry into new therapies and specialties aligned with divisional vision, leveraging expertise in market research and analysis.
  • Implement innovative marketing strategies and tactics to drive project success and growth, monitoring and evaluating their effectiveness.
  • Conduct ROI analysis for all major marketing investments to optimize resource allocation and maximize returns.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarket & Customer Development
  • Develop and execute strategies for market expansion and customer segmentation, identifying and engaging with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to build strong relationships and drive business results.
  • Promote differentiated value propositions and ensure strong field force alignment, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
Team Leadership
  • Lead and mentor a team of Therapy Heads (GPMs) and Product Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and team success.
  • Monitor performance against business goals, ensuring strong brand performance and profitability, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in managing large portfolios across therapy areas, with a proven track record of driving growth and success.
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics and customer segmentation, with expertise in market research and analysis.
