Job Description

This role is a fantastic opportunity to join ABB, an inclusive employer and a member of myGwork – the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community. As a Service Sales Specialist, you will be working in the Energy Industries Division, which serves a wide range of industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Penetrate into Installed Base (IB) to promote upgrades, retrofits, and value-add solutions that benefit both customers and ABB.
  • Understand channel strategy and establish related prices, preparing sales plans, reviewing them, and proposing recovery plans when needed.
  • Generate service sales leads and develop new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information and identifying potential new service portfolios.
  • Act as a marketer/salesperson of ABB's service products and solutions during marketing activities such as campaigns, trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings.
Qualifications and Requirements

You should have 5-8 years of experience in industrial automation (DCS/PLC/SCADA) sales. You must possess strong knowledge of customer and stakeholder management. A Diploma or Engineering Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation is also required. Additionally, you should be comfortable communicating in English, both in writing and verbally.
