Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. As an Ad Strategist + Media Buyer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta & Google.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing end-to-end paid campaigns that drive impactful results
  • Building funnel strategies aligned with client goals
  • Executing audience segmentation using interest-based, custom, and lookalike targeting
  • Monitoring KPIs such as CPL, CTR, ROAS, CPA, and CAC, and making data-driven optimizations
  • Collaborating with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives
  • Managing budgets, A/B tests, and campaign scaling
  • Preparing weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and actions
  • Ensuring proper pixel setup, event tracking, and attribution

Requirements include 2+ years of experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads, a proven track record of delivering high-ROAS campaigns, and proficiency in Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, and Tag Manager.
