Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
  • Build and lead a high-performing analytics team, ensuring seamless collaboration between data analysts, BI engineers, and data scientists.
  • Define team structure, roles, and responsibilities to optimize data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align analytics with business needs.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, continuously optimizing bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging for maximum ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new advertising technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Drive growth initiatives through retargeting, CRM-based campaigns, and advanced segmentation strategies.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or growth roles with at least 4+ years leading analytics teams in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search (Google, Meta, and other channels).
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with a proven track record of executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
  • Strong proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Mode), SQL, and data modeling concepts.
  • Ability to translate complex data into compelling business stories for executives and drive alignment on strategic decisions.
