Job Overview

As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable web applications using ReactJS and FastAPI.

Your primary objective will be to lead and mentor a team of developers in creating innovative solutions that drive business growth. To achieve this, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate product ideas into prototypes and production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Scalable Web Applications: Utilize ReactJS and FastAPI to design and build efficient web applications that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Lead Developer Teams: Lead and mentor a team of developers to create innovative solutions and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate product ideas into prototypes and production-ready solutions.
Requirements:
  • Strong Command of ReactJS: Possess a solid understanding of ReactJS and its application in web development.
  • Solid Backend Skills in Python with FastAPI: Have experience with Python and FastAPI, with a strong command of backend development principles.
  • Experience Leading Developer Teams: Have experience leading developer teams and driving innovation through collaboration and mentoring.
  • Strong Product Intuition and Fast Prototyping Skills: Possess a keen sense of product intuition and fast prototyping skills to turn ideas into reality quickly.
  • Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bonus Requirements:
  • Hands-on Experience Working with LLMs: Have hands-on experience working with Large Language Models, AI Agents, or building tools using LLMs, multi-agent frameworks, etc.
