Lead AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead AI/ML Engineer to spearhead our organization's cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives. This pivotal role requires an exceptional individual who can drive innovation in Classical Machine Learning, Conversational AI, and Deep Learning Systems while providing technical leadership and strategic direction to a team of data scientists.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing model development, optimizing AI-driven solutions, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating with key stakeholders to align AI strategies with business objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and driving the AI/ML strategy with alignment to business objectives
  • Leading the research, design, and development of cutting-edge machine learning and deep learning models, including LLMs, GANs, VAEs, Transformers, CNNs, and RNNs
  • Establishing best practices for data pipelines, feature engineering, model deployment, and AI governance
  • Evaluating emerging AI/ML technologies and recommending their adoption where beneficial

In addition, the successful candidate will have expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and MLOps. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and experience working with large-scale datasets, cloud-based AI solutions, and distributed computing frameworks is essential. A strong understanding of APIs, CI/CD pipelines for ML models, containerization, and model monitoring is also required.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Statistics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and AI-driven applications
  • Proficiency in Classical ML and Deep Learning techniques
  • Expertise in LLMs, Generative AI, and MLOps
  • Experience with programming languages, cloud platforms, and distributed computing frameworks
