About the Role

This is a pivotal position that demands exceptional leadership and technical expertise in advancing cutting-edge AI and Generative AI models.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading the development of sophisticated AI solutions, collaborating with data scientists to refine Generative AI models, and working closely with technical architects to enhance batch processing data architectures.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will consult on client deployments, ensuring seamless data quality, integrity, and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advanced AI models for problem discovery, root cause analysis, and action recommendation.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to fine-tune Generative AI models for insights generation and analysis creation.
  • Evolve frameworks for augmenting batch processing data architectures with streaming architectures.
  • Consult on client deployments, guaranteeing data quality, integrity, and accessibility.
  • Develop use cases for various vertical-specific problem statements.
  • Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers, providing guidance on GenAI methodologies and best practices.
  • Support pre-sales, marketing hyper-scaler partnerships, and sales activities by offering subject matter expertise.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of Statistics, Classical Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and GenAI concepts.
  • Significant hands-on experience in AI and ML methodologies, with a strong focus on Python programming.
  • Proficiency in proprietary and open-source cloud-based Machine Learning platforms.
  • 12-18 years of Machine Learning model development and application experience.
