About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Meta Ads campaigns.

Your primary responsibility will be managing daily campaign operations, creating and testing ad creatives, tracking and analyzing performance data, and collaborating with the team to ensure ROI-driven results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Management: Manage daily Meta Ads campaigns (setup, monitoring, scaling, and optimization).
  • Ad Creative Development: Create, test, and optimize ad creatives, audiences, and placements.
  • Data Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are ROI-driven.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with Meta Ads best practices, trends, and policy changes.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2 years of proven experience in Meta Ads campaign execution.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets efficiently.
  • Analytical Skills: Analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign data.
  • Communication: Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Vertical Expertise: Experience in gaming / iGaming / entertainment verticals is a significant advantage.
