Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining and managing product portfolios that deliver revenue growth while minimizing costs.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in market research, trend analysis, and sales performance management.

  • Develop strategic plans to drive portfolio expansion through product innovation, marketing strategies, and partnerships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product development projects and resource allocation

Key Requirements:

8–12 years of experience in FMCG brand management or related fields

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)

  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with market research tools
