Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and analytical professional to join our team as an Incident Manager. In this role, you will serve as the liaison between Support, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams, ensuring seamless issue resolution and driving improvements in our application.

As an Incident Manager, you will play a critical part in maintaining the quality of our services, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues. Your expertise in data analysis, project management, and documentation will enable you to drive process improvements and ensure that knowledge is shared across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve production incidents raised by customers, Support, and Engineering
  • Work collaboratively with Support and Engineering to facilitate issue resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and implement learnings
  • Manage problem tickets in Jira, track progress, and create reports on incident metrics
  • Perform log file analysis using Datadog and debug basic REST API calls for investigations
  • Execute SQL database queries to provide information for investigations and create knowledge base articles in Confluence
Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience in IT roles such as SRE, sysadmin, developer, QA, or technical support
  • University degree in a relevant field
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
  • Data analysis skills - creating and interpreting dashboards
  • Project management and documentation skills, including proficiency in Jira and Confluence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
