  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain the profitability of the team/branch monthly
  • Provide customized equity advice to assigned PCG customers (trading and investment ideas) as per defined timelines
  • Ensure timely communication of customer feedback to the Senior PCG advisor
  • Oversee the Advisory certification program for the advisors as per defined timelines
  • Maintain compliance and surveillance on regular time intervals
Requirements
  • Graduation in any discipline, MBA Finance/ CA/ CFA/ ICWA, NCFM / AMFI
  • 8+ years of experience in Financial Markets, 5+ years in Leadership role
  • Domain knowledge: Understanding of capital markets including Derivatives, Currency and Commodities
  • IT skills: MS Office
