Customer Service Representative Job

We are looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to articulate information clearly and concisely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling Inquiries: Responding to customer questions and resolving their concerns through effective communication.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigating and resolving customer complaints or problems by analysing situations, identifying root causes of problems, and developing effective solutions.
  • Maintaining Records: Documenting customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in a CRM system.
  • Product Knowledge: Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of our company's offerings to effectively assist customers.
  • Feedback Collection: Gathering customer feedback to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
  • Building Relationships: Fostering positive customer relationships through empathetic communication and providing tailored solutions.
