Job Title: Application Support Engineer

We are seeking an exceptional System Support Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, India. As a System Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of Access Control and CCTV systems software and hardware.

The ideal candidate will have experience with CCURE 9000 and CCURE GO software and related hardware, as well as enterprise CCTV systems like Intellicene, Symphia VMS, Genetec video solutions, etc. Additionally, they should have expertise in Windows Server Operating systems (e.g., Windows Server 2016, 2019) and knowledge of SQL and PowerShell programming is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, monitor, and maintain Access Control and CCTV systems software and hardware.
  • Provide technical product support for security technology related issues/outages.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
  • Provide remote support to internal clients on system configuration.
  • Identify and analyze system failures and provide support to on-site techs.
  • Track system issues through to resolution within agreed time limits.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Access Control and CCTV systems, preferably with experience in installation and maintenance.
  • Experience with CCURE 9000 and CCURE GO software and related hardware.
  • Experience with enterprise CCTV systems like Intellicene, Symphia VMS, Genetec video solutions, etc.
  • Experience with Windows Server Operating systems (e.g., Windows Server 2016, 2019).
  • Experience with SQL and PowerShell programming is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Motivated self-starter and ability to multitask.
