The primary responsibilities of this position include:

Key Responsibilities

1. Spearhead project execution, driving volume growth, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

2. Collaborate closely with the product team to optimize existing projects, leveraging their expertise to enhance outcomes.

3. Oversee general operations, focusing on daily execution, progress tracking, flag identification, and regular reporting.

4. Analyze training needs and provide comprehensive training programs.

5. Collect feedback from team members and resolve any issues promptly.

6. Monitor team performance to achieve set Key Results Areas (KRAs).

7. Mentor and motivate student workforce members, demonstrating strong people engagement skills.

8. Pilot new projects, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.

9. Suggest process improvements at every level within operations, promoting efficiency and effectiveness.

10. Set goals, KPIs, and targets for team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
