Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This senior-level position requires a minimum of 7 years to a maximum of 10 years of work experience in sales.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales plans to meet revenue targets and expand the customer base.
- Team Management: Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to ensure successful achievement of sales goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify new sales opportunities and industry trends.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Reporting: Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Minimum 7-10 years of work experience in sales.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Strong team-building skills and ability to lead and manage a sales team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform market analysis and identify new market opportunities.
- Skilled in negotiating deals and agreements.
- Preferable experience in the beverages industry.
