Senior Sales Executive

At Refining Skills Academy, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. As a Senior Sales Executive - Solar Solutions, you will be responsible for driving our solar projects forward and contributing to our mission of revolutionizing renewable energy in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proposal Drafting & Design: Prepare detailed, compelling proposals for clients, utilizing AutoCAD/SketchUp to create basic design layouts that meet technical and customer specifications.
- Client Engagement: Conduct site visits and meetings to understand client needs, providing tailored solar solutions. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact throughout the sales process.
- Sales Documentation: Prepare presentations, contracts, and other sales documents using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Ensure smooth project execution through accurate and timely documentation.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipelines within our CRM system, ensuring seamless tracking of leads and conversion rates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and design teams to ensure proposals and sales strategies align with company goals.
- Travel: Be prepared to travel frequently within Bangalore and nearby areas to conduct site visits. Owning a two-wheeler is essential for client meetings and project assessments.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Diploma.
- Experience: 3 to 6 years in sales, proposal creation, and basic design.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint is a must, Knowledge in AutoCAD/SketchUp is a plus.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: A genuine interest in understanding and fulfilling customer needs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to present ideas clearly.
