The Director of Rooms is a strategic business leader responsible for planning and implementing departmental strategies to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Champions the brand's service vision for product and service delivery.
- Communicates a clear and consistent message regarding departmental goals to produce desired results.
- Makes and executes necessary decisions to drive revenue growth and keep the property moving forward toward achievement of goals.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related major, with 2-4 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales, marketing, management operations, or related professional area. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
