Job Title: Critical Incident Manager

Critical incident management is a key function within an organization, aimed at promptly addressing and resolving critical incidents that may impact the delivery of services. As a critical incident manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring minimal disruption to clients and maintaining high levels of commitment from stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in managing critical incidents and have strong skills in communication, problem-solving, and multitasking. You should also be familiar with ITIL v3 Foundation certification and have knowledge of connecting processes like problem, change, event management.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent ability to manage competing priorities and adjust to 24/7 environments. You should also have good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and be self-driven and resourceful in achieving goals independently as well as working well in groups.

In terms of qualifications, a university degree in an IT discipline or any other discipline is required. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in major incident or similar roles.
