Promote collaboration across teams, departments and BUs that have primary involvement in DR projects.
- Work with all levels of stakeholders both internal and external (as needed) to discuss project status, recommendations, issues, bottlenecks, resolutions.
- Oversee technical initiatives to architect, design, engineer, and implement technical disaster recovery strategies and solutions
- Oversee the account level implementation of Business Continuity Management lifecycle, suggest recommendation and highlight risks/gaps to the management on periodic basis.
- Work with business owners to define Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery project scope and project requirements, and oversees and prioritizes the multi-client delivery.
- Experience with several Infrastructure systems required to support DR Tests - on prem, cloud, High Availability, component level, Application Failover/Failback etc.
- Analyze impact on, and gap/risk to, essential business functions or information systems to identify acceptable recovery time objective (RTO), Recovery Point Objective (RPO).
- Team Management - o Offering constructive feedback to encourage skill-building

**Primary Skills**
- Disaster Recovery (DR).
- Business Continuity (BC).
- Recovery time objective (RTO), Recovery Point Objective (RPO).

**Secondary Skills**
- Good to have ISO 22301/CBCI/PMP certification.
- Project Management and ISMS experience.
- Certified with any technology such as MCP, MCSE, CCNA etc.
