**Job Description**:
**- Promote collaboration across teams, departments and BUs that have primary involvement in DR projects.**
**- Work with all levels of stakeholders both internal and external (as needed) to discuss project status, recommendations, issues, bottlenecks, resolutions.**
**- Oversee technical initiatives to architect, design, engineer, and implement technical disaster recovery strategies and solutions**
**- Oversee the account level implementation of Business Continuity Management lifecycle, suggest recommendation and highlight risks/gaps to the management on periodic basis.**
**- Work with business owners to define Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery project scope and project requirements, and oversees and prioritizes the multi-client delivery.**
**- Experience with several Infrastructure systems required to support DR Tests - on prem, cloud, High Availability, component level, Application Failover/Failback etc.**
**- Analyze impact on, and gap/risk to, essential business functions or information systems to identify acceptable recovery time objective (RTO), Recovery Point Objective (RPO).**
**Primary Skills**:
- **Disaster Recovery (DR),**
- **Business Continuity (BC),**
- **Recovery time objective (RTO), Recovery Point Objective (RPO).**
- **Risk Management and ISMS experience**
**Secondary Skills**:
- **Good to have ISO 22301/CBCI/PMP certification.**
- **Certified with any technology such as MCP, MCSE, CCNA etc.
