Senior Application Support Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Application Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end support for applications built on .NET or PHP.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support for applications across the entire software development life cycle.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and server-related issues efficiently.
  • Perform in-depth debugging, performance tuning, and deployment activities to ensure high-quality results.
  • Work effectively with WAMP stack environments to deliver exceptional results.
  • Manage Windows Server OS, including configuration, monitoring, and patching to maintain optimal system performance.
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation across all phases of the software development life cycle.
  • Collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams to guarantee application availability and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in application support with .NET or PHP.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases is essential.
  • Familiarity with WAMP stack and related technologies is required.
  • Good understanding of Windows Server administration is necessary.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills are crucial.
