Business Development Manager: Hospitality Segment

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with the product development team to meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of professional B2B sales experience, particularly in selling HVAC, Automation, BMS (building Management Systems) or energy optimisation platforms. They should also be adept at creating demand for new generation technology solutions.

In addition, they should possess excellent communication and relationship building skills, analytical and strategic thinking abilities, and knowledge of sustainability and energy management practices.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

A successful Business Development Manager in this role will not only drive revenue growth but also contribute to the company's sustainability efforts by promoting energy-efficient solutions.
