About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Account Growth Manager to spearhead our IT services and staffing division.

Your primary responsibility will be to build, retain, and grow key accounts by translating client goals into actionable plans, ensuring timely delivery, and driving revenue growth.

  • Owning key accounts through farming and selective hunting (upsell/cross-sell/new logos)
  • Developing delivery plans that meet client expectations and ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Negotiating and managing Service Orders/ Master Service Agreements (SOWs/MSAs), renewals, invoicing, and collections
  • Maintaining a candidate network aligned to client demand and improving time-to-fill
  • Tracking account health, pipeline, and forecasts; identifying risks and driving resolutions

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-5 years of experience in Client Relationship/Account Management or Business Development in IT Services/Consulting or IT Staffing
  • Proven track record of revenue growth outcomes and strong stakeholder management skills
  • Contract management, negotiation, billing/invoicing experience
  • Working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
