Results Driven Outreach Specialist

Job Summary:

A Results Driven Outreach Specialist is responsible for making outbound calls to customers to promote products or services. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strong knowledge of sales techniques, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make targeted outbound calls to customers to promote products or services
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Meet daily/weekly sales targets through strategic outreach efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals

Requirements:

  • Higher Secondary education with a focus on sales and marketing principles
  • Strong understanding of voice process, BPO sales, cold calling, BPO call center, telesales, and outbound calling
  • 0-1 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success

Working Conditions:
