Community Outreach Professional

Join a dynamic team as a dedicated community outreach professional. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to fill the role of Community Outreach Specialist.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) and at least 1-3 years of experience in a similar field.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assess client needs and provide support through various means, including home visits and counseling sessions.
- Coordinate resources and services to meet the needs of vulnerable populations.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess community needs and develop strategic plans for outreach and engagement.
- Advocate for clients' rights and interests within the community and with local authorities.
- Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in social work, preferably in a community outreach setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
