We're looking for a sharp, resourceful mind to join us at Madchatter Brand Solutions as a Communications & Outreach Intern. If you enjoy turning ideas into well-written proposals, digging for insights, and finding the right way to reach the right people - this role will keep you engaged every single day.
What you'll be doing:
- Drafting and refining outreach emails to potential clients, media, and partners.
- Researching industries, companies, and people to fuel targeted outreach.
- Helping create impactful client proposals and pitch decks.
- Building and updating our CRM for accurate lead tracking.
- Running LinkedIn outreach campaigns with personalised, thoughtful messaging.
- Assisting with LinkedIn ghostwriting for thought leadership and personal branding.
What we're looking for:
- Strong writing skills - you can adapt tone for formal proposals or conversational outreach.
- Curiosity to research beyond the first page of Google.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- A proactive mindset - you don't just wait for instructions, you bring ideas to the table.
