Position: Senior Communications Advisor

Location: Mumbai

What Youll Be Responsible For

As a Senior Communications Advisor, you will be entrusted with end-to-end ownership of client mandates, delivering high-quality communication strategies that elevate brand and corporate reputation. This is a sector-agnostic role, with a strong preference for professionals who have worked in high-impact industries like Steel, Power, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, BFSI, and Healthcare.

Core Responsibilities

- Lead reputation management strategies for clients across industries

- Handle crisis communication situations with agility, calm, and credibility

- Provide strategic advisory and counsel to CXOs and senior stakeholders

- Craft compelling brand and corporate narratives with sector relevance and precision

- Write and review high-quality press releases, media briefs, and thought leadership content

- Build and nurture strong media relationships (national, regional, trade & sectoral)

- Support narrative mapping, reputation audits, and stakeholder engagement plans

- Oversee daily client servicing, ensuring timely delivery and strategic alignment

- Collaborate with internal teams (digital, design, content, analytics) for integrated execution

- Stay ahead of industry trends, policy developments, and public sentiment shifts

Who Should Apply

- 612 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, public affairs, or media

- Prior experience in working with clients from Steel, Power, Oil & Gas, or other industrial sectors is a strong advantage

- Demonstrated experience in Crisis + Reputation Management

- Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills

- Comfortable working with senior leadership and managing multi-stakeholder environments

- Ability to work across multiple sectors or open to a sector rotation model

- Collaborative, client-centric, and proactive in delivering solutions
