Job Overview

Sales Leaders in Climate Technology Solutions will be working closely with the Founding team to deliver hyperlocal environmental intelligence on air quality, flood risks, and climate change.

About the Role
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential clients across sectors including Construction, Real Estate, Healthcare, Industries, and Enterprises.
  • Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Promote and sell a suite of solutions, including air quality monitoring systems, flood monitoring systems, and weather forecasting stations.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to clearly demonstrate the value, ROI, and impact of real-time environmental monitoring on sustainability and public health.
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and opportunities for repeat and referral business.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales or business development, ideally within environmental services, technology solutions, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and developing sales teams.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
  • Bachelors degree in Electronics, B.Tech, or a related technical field; MBA is a plus.
