Virtual Event Manager

A Virtual Event Manager oversees the planning, execution, and optimization of webinars to engage our audience, promote products, and support lead generation.

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail to deliver exceptional webinar experiences that align with marketing goals. This role is perfect for someone passionate about virtual events and looking to grow in a dynamic B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive webinar plan that aligns with marketing and sales objectives.
  • Identify target audiences and create relevant, engaging webinar topics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to secure subject matter experts and ensure high-quality content.
  • Oversee the webinar lifecycle, including scheduling, promotion, registration, live delivery, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Manage the technical aspects of webinars, including platform setup, audiovisual coordination, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct rehearsals with presenters to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze webinar performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in webinar management, virtual events, or digital marketing.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms (e.g., ON24) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing webinar performance metrics.
