Lead Design & Project Management Executive

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of design and capital projects across diverse hotel portfolios and business units. Ensure all projects meet brand standards, stakeholder expectations, while fostering innovation in design and project management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement design and project management strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Create and maintain design guides, specifications, and standards for new builds, renovations, and conversions.
  • Provide thought leadership in design innovation, sustainability, and construction methodologies.
  • Serve as primary liaison among stakeholders, designers, contractors.

Design Oversight:

  • Lead design review, approval, conceptualization for all development projects.
  • Evaluate brand standard compliance while promoting functional, creative design solutions.
  • Collaborate on project scopes, feasibility studies, master plans with stakeholders.

Project Delivery:

  • Plan, budget, schedule, execute capital projects on time within allocated resources.
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, permits, sustainability standards are met.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in design and project management in hospitality or real estate, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
