As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving growth in a new service business. You will work closely with the owner to develop and execute a sales strategy that targets high-margin services with excellent scalability potential.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of selling niche services to the US market, leveraging existing client bases, and employing effective digital marketing strategies. Experience in identifying higher-margin opportunities and helping businesses pivot accordingly is also essential.
- Identifying and securing direct clients and opportunities in the US.
- Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and meet business objectives.
- Building and leading high-performing teams to deliver results and partner with businesses.
- Strategically planning and executing business development initiatives to increase revenue and margin.
In addition, the successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and analytical abilities, and a strong understanding of digital marketing and AI technologies.
Requirements- 10+ years of experience in sales and operations, preferably in a similar niche service industry.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and improve margins through effective sales strategies and team leadership.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills, with a strong understanding of digital marketing and AI technologies.
- A Master's degree in Business Administration is highly desirable.
