Credit Card Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Credit Card Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, promoting credit card products, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate customers on the features, benefits, and terms of credit cards.
  • Maintain high productivity standards without compromising quality and accuracy.
  • Ensure zero cases of mis-selling or fraud during customer interactions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly credit card acquisition targets.
  • Identify and engage potential customers through field visits and networking.
  • Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education - 12th Pass or above in any discipline
  • Experience - 6 months of mandatory experience in Credit Card sales
  • Good selling skills
  • Command over the language spoken English / regional Language for city like Telugu / Marathi / Hindi / Kannada
  • Deep understanding of financial products like Credit cards/ Loans or STPS
  • Active listener with effective convincing power and Patience
  • Should be a smart thinker with the ability to perform under pressure situation
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
