Contract Lawyer Role
\Our organization is seeking an experienced contract lawyer to manage all aspects of our contractual arrangements with vendors.
\The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract law and commercial law, with experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating vendor contracts and enterprise documentation.
\Responsibilities
\- Manage legal documentation across the organization, ensuring that agreements with counterparties satisfy all applicable regulatory and legal requirements.\
- Assist in the development and implementation of vendor management processes.\
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.\
- Procure appropriate legal templates for use.\
- Provide support to stakeholders as necessary, including liaising with external vendors to negotiate agreements.\
- Ensure overall compliance with applicable laws and regulations in our enterprise framework.
Requirements
\- Experience in contract law and commercial law with a focus on vendor and enterprise agreements are essential.\
- Experience in intellectual property law is an advantage.\
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\
- Strong research, analytical and drafting skills.\
- Business acumen.\
- Qualifications: Qualified lawyer in a common law jurisdiction with 5-8 years of PQE.
